The Ship Inn

The environment is generally good, the facilities are complete, and it is in line with the epidemic prevention standards. It is good to park at the door. There are also many parking spaces. It is very nice and suitable for dinner with friends. It is highly recommended for their big roast chicken.

My sisters and I went for a Christmas meet up and a meal. The food took a while to come out but it seemed they were serving all tables at the same time. That was fine. I had the Xmas turkey lunch. It was absolutely lovely really generous portions but not that hot. It was so generous that I was glad I chose the Xmas pud as a very small portion compared to my sisters apple pie. I could not put my spoon through it and I realised it hadn&rsquo;t been microwaved at all. I told the waitress who was apologetic and replaced it. On the whole we did enjoy it and would return .
